Online Access - Pershing Accounts
Looking to get online to your Pershing accounts or set up paperless delivery?
Access all of your Pershing brokerage and advisory accounts online at:
Setting up paperless delivery:
1. To turn off paper copies, select the Go Paperless icon and select Quick Enroll (for all accounts) link.
2. Check the boxes of the documents you want paperless and click on Save.
Logging in for the first time:
1. Open an internet browser and go to www.netXinvestor.com.
2. Click Register.
3. Enter the first three digits of your account number.
4. Enter your information and account number.
5. Answer the security questions to verify your identity.
6. Create the user ID. Enter the new password (between 8-32 characters and must contain at least one number, one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter). Special characters may also be used.
7. Confirm the new password and click Continue.
8. Confirm your access by logging into your email and accessing the registration email.
9. Make a note of your financial organization number: 43C, User ID, and Password.
